It’s a simple style, but that’s kind of why I like it. With almost anything it looks good, and I don’t have to think too much when wearing it...

I wasn’t expecting it to breathe this well, but it really does. It feels comfortable even after wearing it for a while, and I can definitely see myself using it again regularly.

I ordered this rain jacket in my usual size, and from what I remember, it fit pretty much how I expected. The sleeves might be a little long, but I kind of forgot about it after wearing it for a bit, so it’s not a big deal. I’ve layered a hoodie under it without any trouble too. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars

Umm, I was surprised by how small this packs down. It barely takes up any space, which makes it really easy to bring along.

I bought a rain jacket from Rains, for the price, it feels reasonable. It looks good, keeps the rain off like you’d expect, and doesn’t have that cheap plasticky feel. Shipping was fine too, nothing to complain about there. The only thing I’d say is the sizing felt a little off for me, so it’s probably worth checking the measurements before ordering. Overall though, I’m happy with it.

The service worked fine overall, but the payment page took way too long to load. They make it sound like everything will be quick and smooth, but that’s vague when the part where you actually pay ends up dragging. Not a terrible experience, just more annoying than I expected.

Mine showed up with a defect, which was annoying, honestly. That said, the warranty process took care of it and they fixed it without too much hassle, so I’ll give them credit for that.

I got a rain jacket from rains i’m happy with it. It’s lightweight, but somehow still warm enough when it’s wet and chilly out. The fit is comfortable too, not tight or stiff, so I can actually move around in it without feeling trapped. I wore it on a long walk and kept expecting it to start bothering me, but it just… didn’t. Which is kind of rare with rain jackets, at least for me. I’d definitely buy it again.

I got my refund back in two days, which was faster than I expected. Nice to see things can move quickly when they want to.

I bought a rain jacket from Rains and, it’s been exactly what I needed. I’m on my bike a lot, and I was so tired of jackets that either soak through or feel like wearing a plastic bag. This one is light, comfortable, and actually keeps the rain out. The zipper feels sturdy too, which is a relief because that’s usually the first thing to get annoying. So far, I’m really happy with it.

I’ve been using this raincoat for a few weeks now, i think it feels really solid. The fabric is nicer than I was expecting, which was a pleasant surprise. From my experience so far, it’s been holding up well and I haven’t had any issues with it

They do have a nice range of stuff, at least from what I remember browsing. I always seem to forget the misses and then get excited to check again, but the items I actually want are often out of stock. Still worth a look, just a bit frustrating

It showed up packed really, really well. No damage at all, and even the box looked clean and in good shape

It works good overall, no real complaints. Only thing is the cuffs started getting a little damp after awhile, but other than that it was fine.

Starting the return on rains.com was straightforward, and the label was easy to understand. I didn’t have to reach out to support, which was a relief. The annoying part was the refund taking longer than I expected, and it wasn’t super clear who actually owned that part of the process or who I should blame/check with. Overall it worked out fine, just not amazing.

I ordered to Canada and was happy that the duties were shown clearly upfront. The package arrived in good shape, and there weren’t any surprise extra charges at delivery, which was a relief 👍

I picked up a RAINS bag for work and everyday use, it does the job well. The pockets are actually useful, especially the laptop section and the little inside pocket for keys or cards, because apparently I do enjoy not digging around like a raccoon every morning. It keeps everything organized without making the bag look huge, which I appreciate. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the front pocket. It’s fine, unless the bag is full, and then getting into it becomes a fun little challenge nobody asked for. Not a dealbreaker, just mildly annoying in the way small design choices tend to be. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Delivery was really quick. places like this always seem to get everything out way faster than expected, so I was happy with the whole experience.

They got back to me really quickly, which I appreciated. I was a bit annoyed there was a problem in the first place, but they handled it without much hassle and got everything sorted in the end
